Description
In small town America, an anemic parish is on the brink of bankruptcy. Father Anthony Romano finds himself at a mid-career crisis in the wake of personal conflicts and widespread scandals that have left the Catholic church an anathema to so many. When one of his subordinate attacks Lil, a grifter who preys on celibate priests, Father Anthony intervenes with the police and reluctantly provides Lil asylum in his rectory. Soon, Anthony's private world is invaded when Lil discovers a secret he has carefully hidden from his diocese and parishioners.
